You begin with, “McCain is not the answer…” then fail to capture the promise of not voting for McCain holds. Those who haven’t gotten their way and are threatening to, “take my ball and leave.” Are at best a minority, and worst folks that do not grasp that Obama is not the enemy! The enemy is all that choose saber rattling politics and bully tactics to attempt to force the will of the capitalistic, military industrial complex on the world. The enemy is using the blood of our youth and the promise of future government revenues to finance a war against Arab and Islamic peoples. The enemy is reactionary, and status quo policies that justify the killing of 4,000 US troops while preserving the “good name” of the 3,000 that died in the bombing of the world trade center. The enemy says things something like “If we pull out now all we have sacrificed will be for nothing.” The enemy is those that supported this war and think the loss of 4,000 troops while spending nearly a TRILLION DOLLARS (of borrowed money), somehow pays for the tragedy of 9/11. The enemy is John McCain and all who think like him. Only the truly cynical could go from the Clinton camp to the antithesis of Clinton, John McCain. It may be difficult for Clinton supporters to back Obama. Had their candidate won they would be asking for unity and reconciliation just as the Obama camp is. The truth is if we the people do not forge a united front against the Rightwing politics that have dominated this nation for the past 8 years and 20 of the past 28 years then it will matter little who goes in opposition to the Republican machine.
